When You Don't Know What Else To Get Spice Set

This is one of our most popular spice sets as it is stuffed full of some of our most popular seasoning blends and has been a big winner in families who crave lots of variety.

Your ten selections are:

Hill Country Chili Powder – Our Hill Country Chili Powder blend was inspired by the beautiful hilly area around Austin, Texas. And true to its Tex-Mex roots this chili powder has a flavor that is deep, complicated and loaded with spicy peppery heat without being overly hot. This is our best selling chili powder.

Diablo Burger Seasoning - Who doesn’t love a good burger? Burgers are such an individual thing where one has so many choices. Several of America's 50 best burger joints have a Diablo Burger on their menu. The secret ingredient in ours is a Worcestershire powder which provides a umami flavor followed by some smokiness, a hint of sweetness and tanginess and then finally a tiny bit of heat will hit the back of your tongue.

Smoky Molasses Rub – I’m constantly experimenting with creating new rubs and seasoning blends and sometimes inspiration can come from just a single ingredient. For our Smoky Molasses Rub I had come across a high quality granulated black strap molasses sourced from New Orleans. To add some personality to this blend I add some smoked Hickory salt. This blend is amazing on both chicken and pork.

18 Spice Chicken Rub – We love to cook chicken whether it’s on the grill or roasted in the oven and we're constantly asked by our customers what are the best spices, herbs and seasonings for chicken. This is one of our newer chicken rubs and flavor combination is a perfect balance of sweet with a hint of heat. I've found some of my favorite chicken rubs have these intoxicating aromas that are hard to miss when I'm grilling the chicken – this one tops the list.

Smoked Tea Rub – In this country if you’re serious about backyard grilling and smoking you’ve probably experimented with several different types of wood and you know that each imparts its own subtle flavor complexities to meat and vegetables. The tea we chose for this rub is Lapsang Souchong. This brash, aromatic, strongly flavored black tea gets its character from real smoke. We've used this rub on roasted pork loin, oven cooked ribs, chicken, seafood, steak and vegetables.

Blackened Seasoning – Looking for some Cajun Blackened heat and seasoning? Blackening produces a black, peppery crust, which sears in all the flavor and juices, making it a great choice for the grill. The spices used are commonly referred to as blackened spice or blackening seasoning. Blackening seasoning is used to treat all kinds of food, including shrimp, steak, chicken, pork and even vegetables.

Manzanillo Mexican Seasoning Inspired by the beautiful resort city of Manzanillo, considered by many to be the Mexican Riviera and located on Mexico’s Pacific Coast. Sprinkle our Manzanillo Mexican Seasoning on your enchiladas, tacos, tostados, fajitas, hamburgers, chili, scrambled eggs, omelets, soups and stew. This is a mesmerizing seasoning to have on hand for those that love their blends packed with spicy flavor with just a touch of heat.

Shichimi Togarashi – Pronounced "shee-CHEE-mee toh-gah-RAH-shee", Shichimi Togarashi is also known as Japanese 7 Spice. One of the most popular table condiments in Japan, Shichimi Togarashi is also used to add both heat and flavor to dishes such as beef tataki, noodles (especially soba or udon), jasmine rice, hot pots, soups (most notably miso soup), tempuras (battered and deep fried seafood or vegetables), shabu shabu (a rich broth dish), and yakitori (grilled dishes).

Tuscany Bread Dipping Seasoning
Now you can enjoy bread dipping just as you would in your favorite Italian restaurant! We love a great bread dipping oil and seasoning blend as it can turn just about any home cooked Italian meal into a gourmet delight. To make a classic bread seasoning dip, mix 3 tablespoons Tuscany Bread Dipping Seasoning with 1/2 cup of your favorite olive oil.

Peruvian Kebab Seasoning Anticucho, pronounced “ahn-ti-ko-cho”, is considered by some to be Peru's national snack, while others have described this as Peruvian soul food. In Lima and other larger cities in Peru, you can find street vendors grilling these spicy kebabs made to order. We like to make our Peruvian anticuchos with chicken or steak. The flavor profile is earthy with hints of garlic, a bit of saltiness and a mild heat that will hit the back of your throat.
