Fish Delish

Fish Delish

Are you one who loves having fish on a regular basis but you’re get tired of the same old seasonings? So whether you prefer salmon, tuna, tilapia, red snapper, trout or lake whitefish then this may be the ideal spice set for you!

Here are your 4 selections:

Wild for Salmon – We love this rub as the ideal compliment to salmon. A quick sprinkle and rub 10 minutes prior to cooking and you’re good to go. Our Wild for Salmon spice rub marries with the juices of salmon to form a delicious glaze (when baked or grilled) and this is a flavorful departure from the usual lemon and herb seasonings so common with salmon.

Adobo Lime Rub - In this well made adobo, none of the spices dominate but instead create a delicate balance for maximum taste. Many adobos call for the addition of citrus juices but for this blend we have already added some lime zest for more convenience. We like this Adobo Lime Rub best on lighter fish like tilapia, trout and lake whitefish.

Citrus Seasoning – What we like best about Citrus Seasoning is the wonderful combination of herbs with the "ultimate fish seasoning" of fennel and then the added citrus twist of lemon and orange zest. As with any new seasoning blend we recommend that you start off with smaller quantities until you find the combination that is right for you and your family.

Mojo Seasoning – We’ve had numerous requests to come up with this dry Mojo Seasoning and we’ve finally given in. This ultimate salt free Cuban spice blend is commonly used to season roasting chicken or pork. But we’ve also had great success using it on salmon and tuna we made a Mojo dipping sauce to drizzle over some fish tacos – spectacular!
