Cacao nibs are great in both sweet and savory dishes alike, and offer a wonderful crunch and distinct pleasant bitterness. Cacao Powder is typically more used in baking, though it can also be used in savory applications as well, such as dry rubs. Our cacao is harvested from Peru.
