Ajwain

A flavor that has been compared to cumin and robust thyme, but with a kick of heat, add crushed Ajwain seeds towards the end of cooking as their flavor will mellow too much if cooked for too long. Ground Ajwain can be fried in oil or butter of your choice to infuse some roasted flavor. Our organic Ajwain comes from India.
