When will my order arrive?   
We ship from Pennsylvania and most orders will be received within 1-8 days (depending on your location). If you need a specific arrival date give us a call and we will gladly let you know what we have to do to get it there on that day. FedEx doesn't deliver on Sundays and Holidays. Saturday delivery is available to some zip codes. After you choose—and before you pay—you can modify the arrival date until it fits the price and time frame that works best for you.

99% of all orders placed before 1:00pm ET will ship that day. Orders placed after 1:00pm ET will ship the following business day.

International Shipping  
We ship spices to all 50 United States and Canada.

Shipping and Handling charges (per shipping address):  
We are committed to ensuring the quickest, most cost-effective way to get your products to you and we hate high shipping rates when we place orders online as well. We charge $6.99 flat rate shipping for FedEx Ground (for orders under $35) and we also offer an Economy shipping option for a flat rate of just $4.99 (also for orders less than $35). Orders that are more than $35 ship FedEx ground for FREE. In a bigger hurry then you can choose one the FedEx air options --- FedEx 2-Day service and FedEx Overnight deliveries. See below for Saturday arrival details.

For shipments to Canada we use the USPS and Canadian Post. The cost is a flat $29.95 (sorry these shipments are not eligible for our free shipping offer).

All orders over $35 will ship FREE. We will ship these orders free via FedEx Ground (to commercial addresses) or FedEx Home Delivery (to residential addresses). Orders shipping to PO Boxes, or any order shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Canada are not eligible for the Free Shipping offer. There will be no additional fees on these orders when we say FREE we mean FREE! This offer does not apply to any shipments going FedEx 2-Day or FedEx overnight. $35 product total is after all discounts or coupons (this does not apply to gift certificates).

For delivery to these areas we ship via the Post Office and these orders will take approximately 10-14 days. If you are in a bigger rush to receive your order, please call us (at 888.762.8642) and we will work with you to make sure that we find the best price and time frame for this to occur. Orders shipping to these areas ship at a flat rate $5.99 charge and are not eligible for the free shipping offer.

What if I want my order shipped to Canada?
