We believe in offering the freshest spices possible and highly recommend that you only buy enough spice to last you about 6-12 months (whole spices can go 1-2 years). Because of this we offer you a wide variety of sizes to choose from – you have up to 9 sizes to select from (not pictured are the 5 and 10 lb. sizes).
 

1 oz.

This comes in a re-sealable bag and is perfect when you only need just a little or want to sample something new. This is shipped in a double bag where the outer bag is heat sealed.

2 oz.

Comes in a re-sealable bag and is ideal when you need more than 1 oz. but don’t need more. Outer bag is heat sealed.

4 oz.

Comes in a re-sealable bag and is usually bought to re-fill jars of your favorite spices, herbs and blends. Outer bag is heat sealed.

8 oz.

Comes in a re-sealable bag and is usually purchased by those needing larger quantities especially with seasonings like grill or bbq blends. The outer bag is heat sealed.

16 oz.

Comes in a re-sealable bag and is frequently used by both home and professional chefs that are preparing larger amounts of food. The outer bag is heat sealed.

This is a professional wholesale size. While we can quote special pricing for any customer that needs larger quantities we find this size works best even in professional environments. The outer bag is heat sealed.

This is a professional wholesale size. While we can quote special pricing for any customer that needs larger quantities we find this size works best even in professional environments. There is no outer bag for this size, the bag is not re-sealable.  The bag is heat sealed.

½ Cup Jar

We prefer to use glass to store our home spices instead of using plastic, these are called 4 oz. glass jars. They come with a sifter (larger herbs and some large flake salts do not come with sifters) and these are then heat sealed with a shrinkband. These are packed full, sold by the weight of the product and the weight varies according to the product density (i.e. you get more salt by weight than you do a dry herb like oregano).

Large Jars

As with our ½ cup jar these are glass and hold about ¾ of a cup of product. These do not come with a sifter and are heat sealed with a shrink ban.

Boxes

We try to reduce waste as much as possible which is why, depending on the products order will sometimes reuse peanuts and occasionally some boxes.
