Wow! I'm blown away! Greg, I wanted to take a few minutes again to thank you and your team for a great shopping experience. A little background here, I have found that taking the labels off the pound bags of spices I get from you guys look great on the quart Ball canning jars I use to store my spices in. I had some stubborn labels on the order I received prior to the order that arrived today. They did not come off clean enough for me to re-apply them to my jars. Now I have jars without labels......oh no! I requested and received 4 labels on the factory backing which will ensure they will work this time. I cant put into words my appreciation for you and your teams outstanding customer service in sending me these labels free of charge no less. Please take the time for me to pass this along to all of them. There is actually real human hand writing on my order receipt. How often do you see that in this day of "everyone is a number" business mentality. I am in the service industry and know the challenges of providing and maintaining superior customer service. You guys have customer service down to an art. I am sure there are a lot of customers of yours that spend much more money on spices than I do but you guys make us little guys feel like we are your best customer and I thank all of you for that. It's refreshing to be able to deal with businesses like yours. Every order has been 100% accurate and the free samples are icing on the cake. Just got my order and I am totally floored WOW!!!! Your spices are amazingly fresh and full of flavor. Me and my husband's hobby is cooking Chili for the International Chili Society, my husband John is the 2011 World Chili Champion, so we are really motivated in finding the best Spices and chili peppers and powders. Your Spices are so RIGHT!!! I received the Manzanillo blend and loved it, although I don't like Chipotle....the blend is perfect. I just wanted to thank you for promptly sending my order. I have been making fried pies and was waiting for the pumpkin pie spice that smells so much better than what I had from the grocery store. Thanks for your email asking how I liked the new spices. I have to tell you they are all great but the one that made the biggest hit was the Burger Blast. Over Labor Day we had a block party where all the BBQ's come out and each of us have a given task....well mine was burgers this year. I figured that this would be a good proving ground for the Blast.....I am proud of my homemade rubs, using a lot of your spices of course, but the burgers made with "The Blast" as the rub out preformed mine by 5 to 1.
