Greek Tacos with Dill Sauce
This is a surprising twist on those boring beef taco recipes! We use Pita or pocket bread for many dishes. It makes a great pizza crust for a quick mini pizzas for dinner. Pita pockets are also great for stuffing with all kinds of fillings and salads. This recipe for Greek tacos is one of our favorites and makes its way into the dinner rotation on a regular basis.
Our Greek Seasoning brings together some favorite Mediterranean flavors into a blend that can be used with chicken, beef, lamb or pork. The dill sauce adds the perfect freshness with a dash of tang to this sandwich. Keep the ground meat lean and the yogurt fat free and this qualifies as light and healthy as well as being super quick and easy!
