Peppery Herb Cheese Ball

3 tablespoons Dried Chives
3 tablespoons Sweet Basil

2 tablespoons Parsley

1 8-ounce package softened cream cheese
4 ounces goat cheese
1/2 teaspoon Cracked Black Pepper

1 clove minced garlic
Assorted crackers

Directions:
1.  In a shallow dish combine 1 tablespoon chives, 1 tablespoon  basil and  parsley and set aside
2.  In a medium bowl beat cream cheese and goat cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth
3.  Beat in remaining chives, remaining basil, the pepper and garlic
4.  Form into a ball
5.  Roll ball in herb mixture
6.  Wrap and chill cheese ball for at least 4 hours
