Curried Crab Spread
1/2 cup minced celery 1/2 cup minced green bell pepper 1/2 cup minced red bell pepper 1/2 cup low fat cream cheese 1/3 cup light mayonnaise 1 teaspoon Curry Powder Medium Heat 1 teaspoon hot sauce 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt 1/2 teaspoon Lemon Peel 1/4 teaspoon Yellow Mustard Seed Powder 1/4 teaspoon Cracked Black Pepper 1 pound lump crabmeat, shell pieces removed 36-1/4 inch thick slices diagonally cut French bread baguette 1 tablespoon olive oil Directions: 1. Combine the first 11 ingredients in a large bowl stirring until well combined 2. Fold in crabmeat 3. Preheat broiler 4. Place bread slices in a single layer on a baking sheet 5. Brush 1 side of the bread slices with the olive oil 6. Broil 1 minute or until lightly browned 7.
