Crawfish Boil

1 unpeeled head garlic
2 Bay Leaves
4 ounces Seafood Boil

Sea Salt
to taste
Cracked Black Pepper
to taste
1 large orange halved
1 large lemon halved
1 large whole artichoke
7 red potatoes
12 pieces baby corn
1 large sliced onion
1 16 ounce package mushrooms
1/4 pound fresh trimmed green beans
1 16 ounce package smoked sausage, cut into 1/2 inch thick slices
2 pounds live crawfish, rinsed

Directions:
1.  Fit a large pot with a strainer insert and fill half full with water
2.  Add the garlic, bay leaves, Seafood Boil, salt, pepper, oranges, lemons, artichokes and potatoes
3.  Bring to a boil over high heat
4.  Reduce to a simmer and cook for 25 minutes
5.  Stir in corn, onions, mushrooms and green beans cook 15 minutes
6.  Stir in sausage cook 5 minutes more
7.  Add the crawfish bring to a boil
8.  Turn down to simmer until the crawfish shells turn bright red and the tails pull out easily, about 5 minutes
9.  Remove strainer basket from the pot and drain
10.  Serve crawfish hot
