Shrimp Boil

3/4 cup Sea Salt

4 ounces Seafood Boil

2 heads garlic, unpeeled and cut in half horizontally
2 lemons cut in half
1 sweet onion, peeled and quartered
8 small red potatoes, washed and halved
1 pound andouille sausage, cut into 2-inch thick pieces
4 ears of corn, cleaned and cut in half
1 1/2 pounds unpeeled shrimp

Directions:
1.  Fill a 6 to 8 quart stock pot 3/4 full with water
2.  Add salt, Seafood Boil, garlic, lemons and onion
3.  Cover and bring to a boil
4.  Uncover and add potatoes and cook for 5-6 minutes
5.  Add the sausage and corn, cover and bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes
6.  Add the shrimp and turn heat off let stand for 12-15 minutes
7.  Drain and serve
