Shrimp and Sausage Boil
1 lemon halved 1 onion halved 3 cloves garlic, crushed 4 ounces Seafood Boil 1 teaspoon Sea Salt 1 pound small red potatoes 1 pound kielbasa sausage cut into 2-inch thick chunks 4 ears corn, husked and halved 1 pound unpeeled large shrimp Directions: 1. Combine 3 quarts of water, onion, garlic, seafood seasoning and salt in a large pot 2. Squeeze lemon juice from halves and add the juice and the lemon halves to the pot 3. Bring to a boil 4. Add potatoes and sausage to the pot and bring to a boil 5. Reduce heat to simmer and cook for 10-12 minutes in a partially covered pot until potatoes are just tender 6. Add the corn cook 10-12 minutes until tender 7. Remove pot from heat, and stir in the shrimp 8. Cover pot and let stand for 5-7 minutes or until shrimp are pink 9.
