Zahtar Crusted Baked Chicken
1 1/2 cups panko 1/4 cup Zahtar 1 tablespoon toasted Sesame Seed 1 teaspoon Sea Salt, divided 1/2 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper Coarse Grind, divided 1/2 teaspoon Lemon Peel 1 large egg 2 large egg whites 2 tablespoons water 6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts Cooking spray 1 lemon, cut into 6 wedges Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 425° F 2. Combine panko, zahtar, sesame seeds, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper in a shallow dish 3. Place egg, egg whites and water in another shallow dish and lightly whisk 4. Sprinkle chicken with remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt and remaining 1/4 teaspoon pepper 5. Dredge 3 breast halves in panko mixture, then egg mixture 6. Dredge again in panko mixture 7. Place on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray 8. Repeat procedure with remaining chicken 9. Bake at 425° F for 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through 10.
