This seasoning is most commonly used for boiling crabs and shrimp. It is quite flavorful and has a hint of spicy heat. One of our favorite southern boils has crabs, shrimp, kielbasa, corn on the cob and red potatoes. This makes a perfect meal for entertaining as once it’s done cooking you dump it out on the table and everybody just digs in with their hands.

Our Seafood Boil is hand blended from celery seed, sea salt, cayenne pepper, yellow mustard powder, thyme, California paprika, black pepper, ginger and bay.
