This is the ultimate heat seeking Spice Set for anybody who likes heat and variety. This takes the best of some pure heat (some of the hottest peppers) to make your own fiery recipes and adds some of our smokin’ hot seasoning blends for quick convenience – either way you can’t go wrong!

Your six selections:

Cajun Rub – Packs a deliciously big kick but if you like Bayou heat then you will certainly be pleased. Use as a Cajun seasoning and sprinkle it liberally on our grilled chicken, ribs, tilapia, Cajun Seasoned Turkey Fillets and Cajun Chicken Wings. Or for even more punch use it as a rub.

Cayenne Pepper (Hot) – Now there is Cayenne Pepper (normally about a 3.5 on the heat scale) and then there is this hot Cayenne Pepper – a whopping 9 on the heat scale of 10! Use in any recipe calling for cayenne or red pepper but when you want a fiery kick!

Habanero Flakes – This is without a doubt one of the hottest pepper flakes that you will come across! The Habanero pepper comes in at 10 on the heat scale (on a scale of 1-10 with ten being the hottest). Perfect for use on pizza or for making your own wing recipe!

Thai Seasoning – Sure to get your taste buds to stand at attention! Many of our customers feel that we have achieved a perfect balance of Thai spice which is outstanding with cold pasta, rice, soup, Thai noodle salads, sushi, steamed vegetables and especially stir fries. Use as a spicy rub on fish or chicken.

Hill Country Chili Powder (Hot) – With a complex flavor that is chock full of peppery intensity this is perfect to use on Tex-Mex style wings and as an added bonus this spicy chili powder blend is salt free. Use as a chili powder substitute in any dish when you want an extra kick.

Curry Powder (Hot) – This is our hot Curry Powder and you’ll experience the same amount of full flavor as our regular curry powder but with the an extra kick of heat (from the additional cayenne and white pepper). Use this when you are looking for a bit more taste adventure than what your milder curries typically provide.
