Cajun Rub (Hot) – Packs a deliciously big kick but if you like Bayou heat then you will certainly be pleased. Use as a Cajun seasoning and sprinkle it liberally on our grilled chicken, ribs, tilapia, Cajun Seasoned Turkey Fillets and Cajun Chicken Wings. Or for even more punch use it as a rub.
Spicy Thai Seasoning (Hot) – Our Spicy Thai Seasoning is perfect for adding delicious Thai flavor to grains, meat, seafood and vegetable based dishes. Using a pre-mixed Thai seasoning is much easier than adding a pinch of this or a dash of that.
El Paso Chili Powder (Hot) – The perfect alter ego to our less fiery Hill Country Chili Powder, this hot version has the same complex flavor but is also chock full of peppery intensity. Ideal to use on Tex-Mex style wings and as an added bonus this spicy chili powder blend is salt free. You can also substitute this spicy chili powder in any dish that calls for chili powder when you want an extra kick.
Habanero Mango Chicken Rub – For this smokin’ hot blend I wanted a bit of Caribbean style so I added some dried mango (mango when dried is called Amchur). The dried mango gives a bit of tartness to the flavor profile which I just loved. I also used my go to chile - Ancho as a base and the mild fruity flavor of this chile paired well with the dried mango. The subtle earthiness of the ancho also balances well with the heat and fruitiness of the habanero.
