Peppery Flavor Spice Set

Are you a true pepper aficionado? Then this spice set will be perfect for you. Whether you crave the heat of the cayenne as it hits the tip of your tongue, or the medium heat of the black pepper as it settles on the center of your tongue right on through to the subtle heat of white pepper as it finds its way to the back of your throat. And then we toss in a few exotic flavor treats to boot!
If you prefer to grind your own pepper then you'll love our 4 jar Peppercorn Mill Spice Collection.
Your six selections are:
Pennsylvania Pepper – Contains no salt, sugar or MSG! Not overly hot but stuffed full of flavor, use on grilled burgers, baked or grilled chicken, fish, scrambled eggs, omelets and a variety of cooked vegetables or sprinkled on salads.
Lemon Pepper – Hand-blended from coarse black pepper, lemon peel, granulated garlic, granulated onion and citric acid. The citrus combination of these culinary favorites compliments many fresh and cooked dishes whether on the stove, the grill or the kitchen table.
White Pepper – White peppercorn berries are picked when they are fully ripened and are then husked and dried. White pepper has a subtle, less biting flavor and is used more liberally than black pepper. Many European cooks prefer to flavor creamy sauces and various light-colored dishes with ground white pepper.
Cracked Black Pepper – Similar to our medium and coarse ground black pepper, this larger grind provides the strongest flavor and aroma of all our ground peppers. The larger pieces of the black pepper berries are best suited for pasta and salads. We also like to use it in our rubs.
Bourbon Barrel Smoked – These cracked peppercorns are smoked with aged Kentucky bourbon barrels. The result is a robust, intoxicating aroma with wonderful hints of smoke and oaky flavor in addition to the gentle heat that black pepper provides.
Cayenne Pepper – This ground cayenne pepper is a reddish orange in color and may be used in any recipe that calls for ground red pepper. This particular pepper comes in at 35,000 on the heat scale (about a 3.5 on a scale of 10)
