Glazed Salmon 1/2 cup olive oil 1/3 cup molasses 2 teaspoons Garlic Flakes 1 1/2 teaspoons Lemon Peel Sea Salt to taste 4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets Directions: 1. In a small bowl, combine the oil, molasses, garlic and lemon peel 2. Set aside half of the mixture for serving 3. Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray 4. Set grill to medium heat 5. Grill salmon, uncovered for 6-8 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork 6. Baste frequently with molasses mixture 7. Serve with reserved molasses mixture Serves: 4 |
