Citrus Baked Salmon You know there are many health benefits to salmon and this is a delicious tangy citrus recipe that will give your taste buds a real treat. We love to pair this with Marinated Asparagus. This salmon recipe only has 322 calories per serving. Ingredients: 4 6 -ounce skinless salmon fillets 4-6 slices fresh orange 4-6 slices fresh lemon Cracked Black Pepper to taste 2 tablespoons Organic Dill Weed 2 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes in oil 1 tablespoon olive oil 2/3 cup white wine Directions: 1. Preheat the oven to 375º F 2. In a large 9 by 13 shallow baking dish place 1 lemon slice with 1 orange slice side by side so you'll end up with 4 groups 3. Each salmon fillet will have its own bed of citrus 4. Season each fillet with pepper then place each salmon fillet over the 2 slices of lemon and orange 5. In a small bowl mix the dill, sun-dried tomatoes and oil 6. Divide mixture on top of the salmon fillet 7. Drizzle the wine over each fillet 8.
