Baked Salmon Steak 4 salmon steaks 1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix 1/2 cup water 2 tablespoons lemon juice 6 ounces fresh sliced mushrooms 3 tablespoons butter 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350º F 2. Add salmon steaks in a buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish 3. In a bowl combine salad dressing mix, lemon juice and water 4. Pour over salmon 5. Cover dish with aluminum foil 6. Bake salmon for 20 minutes 7. In a skillet and add mushrooms and sauté for 10 minutes 8. When fish flakes easily with a fork top them with the mushrooms and sprinkle cheese on top 9. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes Serves: 4 |
