Microwaving Crab Legs
Directions: 1. Thaw the snow crab legs in the refrigerator overnight 2. Place the snow crab legs in a microwave-safe pan or on a dish 3. Cover the snow crab legs with two or three thick paper towels 4. Heat on high for 2 minutes 5. Uncover the snow crab legs and test the readiness of one of them by cracking it and examining the meat 6. The meat should be tender and moist 7. Heat for another minute or 90 seconds if necessary 8. Serve with melted butter, lemon wedges and crusty garlic bread |
