Grilled Crab Legs with Garlic and Herb Butter
2-4 lbs. frozen king crab legs, thawed 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 1/2 cup butter 1 clove minced garlic 1 teaspoon lemon juice 2 teaspoons dried Tarragon Leaf Cracked Black Pepper to taste Directions: 1. Melt butter with minced garlic in a small saucepan 2. Add the remaining ingredients and keep at a simmer until your crab legs are ready 3. Heat your grill to medium-high 4. Brush both sides of each crab leg with olive oil and place on the heated grill 5. Grill for 4-5 minutes, turning once 6. Serve with individual small bowls of the garlic butter for dipping |
