Baked Crab Legs
3 pounds frozen Alaskan king crab legs 1 quarter pound unsalted butter 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed Sea Salt to taste 1 lemon Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 400º F 2. In a small pot melt the butter with the garlic and a pinch of salt over low heat 3. Add the juice from a squeezed lemon 4. Crack the whole crab legs and place them in a 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish 5. Brush the crab legs with the butter mix and bake for 9-10 minutes Serves 3 |
