Marinated Grilled Tilapia
4 tilapia fillets 1/4 cup olive oil 1/2 lemon juice 1 tablespoon Mediterranean Oregano 1/2 teaspoon Cracked Black Pepper 1/4 cup red wine vinegar 1/2 cup finely chopped parsley 2 minced garlic cloves Hot sauce to taste Directions: 1. Combine all ingredients, except fillets, in a large lidded container and shake well 2. Place fillets in marinade and shake to coat the fillets 3. Marinate fish for 30 minutes 4. Set grill to high heat and cook 3-4 minutes per side Serves: 4 |
