Oysters Rockefeller Casserole

1 quart raw oysters
1 stalk chopped celery
1chopped onion
1/4 pound butter
1/2 cup minced parsley
1 10 oz. package chopped frozen spinach, thawed
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup bread crumbs
Sea Salt
to taste
Cracked Black Pepper
to taste
Cayenne Pepper Medium Heat
to taste
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Bread crumbs

Directions:
1.   Drain oysters
2.   Set oven to 450º F
3.   In a nonstick skillet saute celery and onion in butter 5 minutes
4.   Add parsley, spinach, Worcestershire sauce, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and cayenne and stir
5.   Grease a shallow glass casserole
6.   Arrange oysters in casserole in one layer
7.   Cover with spinach mix
8.   Bake for 30-35 minutes
9.   Sprinkle top with cheese and bread crumbs and bake 10 minutes
10. Serve warm
