Lemon and Herb Chicken Marinade
Half an onion 3 teaspoons of Mediterranean Oregano 3 teaspoons of Summer Savory 6 finely chopped garlic cloves 1 cup of lemon juice 1 teaspoon Lemon Peel 1/4 cup of olive oil 4 split chicken breasts Sea Salt to taste Directions: 1. Rub the onion half over all sides of the chicken 2. Discard the onion 3. In a bowl add herbs, garlic, lemon peel, lemon juice and oil and blend 4. Coat the chicken in the marinade and refrigerate up to 2 days 5. Set the oven for 390 F 6. Bake in the oven until there is no more pink Serves: 4 |
