Chicken Kabobs
1/4 cup vegetable oil 1/3 cup honey 1/3 cup soy sauce 1/4 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper Medium Grind Sea Salt to taste 4 cups chopped chicken breasts 2 tablespoons Garlic Flakes 3 small onions cut into pieces 1 red bell pepper cut into pieces 6 skewers Directions: 1. In a large bowl whisk oil, honey, soy sauce and pepper 2. Reserve some of this marinade so you can brush on to the kabobs 3. Add chicken, garlic, onions and red peppers to the bowl and place in refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours 4. Set the grill to high heat 5. Drain the marinade and discard 6. Thread chicken and vegetables alternately on the skewers 7. Lightly spray cooking spray on grill plate and place skewers on the grill 8. Grill for 15 minutes turning and brushing with marinade often Serves: 4-5 |
