Camping Chicken Pot Pie
Cooking spray 4 whole boneless chicken breast 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 cup milk 1 can drained mushrooms 2 bags of frozen vegetable mix 1 large onion Olive oil Butter Sea Salt to taste Cracked Black Pepper to taste Directions: 1. Using a medium foil baking pan spray the bottom with cooking spray 2. Lay the sliced onions along the bottom of pan 3. Lay the mushrooms on top of the onions 4. Spread frozen vegetables on top 5. Mix the soup and milk and pour over the top of the vegetables 6. Add a little amount of oil and butter 7. Season chicken and add to pan 8. Cover the pan completely with heavy duty aluminum foil making sure it is completely sealed 9. Place pan on camping rack over very hot coals 10. Cook for 1 hour then test for doneness, continue cooking until it is done to your liking Serves: 4-5 |
