Low Sodium Baked Macaroni

Sodium = 94 mg

1/2 pound extra-lean ground beef
1 small diced onion
1 box (7 ounces) whole-wheat elbow macaroni
15 oz low sodium spaghetti sauce
6 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
Cracked Black Pepper
to taste

Directions:
1.  Preheat the oven to 350 F
2.  Lightly coat a baking dish with cooking spray
3.  In a nonstick skillet cook ground beef and onion until the meat  browns and onion is translucent
4.  Drain well
5.  Cook the pasta according to package directions
6.  Drain
7.  Pour all into the baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until bubbling
8.  Sprinkle parmesan and pepper over macaroni and serve
