Low Sodium Red Bean and Avocado Salad

Sodium = 95 mg

1/2 fresh avocado
3/4 cup red kidney beans cooked
1/4 cup low sodium salsa  
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro
1 pinch Sea Salt

1 pinch Cracked Black Pepper


Directions:
1.  Cut the avocado in half and scoop out from the skin
2.  Cut the avocado in to cubes and place in a bowl
3.  Gently stir in beans, salsa and cilantro
4.  Sprinkle salt and pepper to your liking and serve
