Low Sodium Balsamic Chicken with Garlic

Sodium = 78 mg

4 4 oz ea boneless skinless chicken breasts
Prepare chicken by halving and pounding thin
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp Rosemary Leaf
crushed  
2 peeled minced medium garlic cloves  
1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper Medium Grind

1 tbsp Domestic Paprika

1 pinch Sea Salt
to taste
1 cooking spray
2 tbsp red wine , dry
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp sugar

Directions:
1.  Preheat oven to 450º F
2.  In a small bowl, add oil, rosemary, garlic, pepper, paprika and salt and mix until it becomes pasty
3.  Rub oil mix over both sides of each chicken
4.  Place chicken in bowl, cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight
5.  Spray cooking spray in to a heavy roasting pan
6.  Add chicken to pan and bake 15 minutes or until it reaches 160 F on thermometer
7.  If pan becomes too dry add a bit of water or wine
8.  Remove chicken and stir the liquid in pan and sprinkle over chicken
