Low Sodium Asian Beef Salad

Sodium = 172 mg

1 tablespoon peanut oil
1 1/2 lb flank steak  
1 tablespoon Garlic Flakes
 
1/2 cup rice vinegar
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon honey
6 cups torn romaine lettuce
1/2 cup fresh chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped scallions  
1 tablespoon Sesame Seed

1 pinch Cracked Black Pepper


Directions:
1.  Over medium to high heat place wok and add oil
2.  Cut the steak into 3 inch strips
3.  Add steak to wok and
saute until it is no long pink
4.  Add garlic and saute for 1-2 minutes
5.  In a separate bowl whisk vinegar, oyster sauce, soy and honey
6.  Pour over steak and bring to a boil
7.  Remove wok from heat
8.  In a large bowl add lettuce, celery and scallion, mix
9.  Place the steak over the salad mix and sprinkle sesame seeds and pepper and serve
