Chili Con Carne – This is our premium chili powder, Chili Con Carne is jam packed with flavor and aroma but it is not particularly hot. You can tell a really good chili con carne by its deep red color this comes from the roasting of the chile peppers prior to mixing.

Sweet Chili Powder – Our Sweet Chili Powder is perfect for the chili lover who wants something a bit off the beaten path. This one is a bit different from most other chili powders as it possesses a light touch of sweetness and the very subtle heat comes from the use of freshly ground New Mexico and Ancho Chiles which are both on the mild side of the heat scale.

Hill Country Chili Powder Hot – The perfect alter ego to our less fiery Hill Country Chili Powder, this hot version has the same complex flavor but is also chock full of peppery intensity. Ideal to use on Tex-Mex style wings and as an added bonus this spicy chili powder blend is salt free. You can also substitute this spicy chili powder in any dish that calls for chili powder when you want an extra kick.
