Hill Country Chili Powder – Our Hill Country Chili Powder blend was inspired by the beautiful hilly area around Austin Texas. And true to its Tex-Mex roots this chili powder has a flavor that is deep, complicated and loaded with spicy peppery heat without being overly hot. This one has quickly become one of our top selling chili powders. Hand mixed from Ancho chile powder, cayenne peppers, cumin, onion powder, Mexican oregano, chipotle chile powder, garlic powder and allspice.
Garlic Herb Seasoning – One of our more popular no salt seasonings, Garlic Herb Seasoning is a perfect addition to the well stocked kitchen. We have received feedback from our customers who are on a low sodium diet and they rave about the versatility of this seasoning. Some have told us that they put this in their old salt shakers on the dining room table! Use it on chicken, eggs, seafood and vegetables.
Pennsylvania Pepper – Contains no salt, no sugar and no MSG! Our Pennsylvania Pepper isn’t overly hot but is chock full of flavor. It is most commonly used on grilled burgers, baked or grilled chicken, fish, scrambled eggs, omelets and a variety of cooked vegetables or sprinkled on salads. Ingredients: black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, celery flakes and sweet red bell pepper.

Manzanillo Mexican Seasoning – Inspired by the beautiful resort city of Manzanillo, on Mexico’s Pacific Coast, this region is considered by many to be the Mexican Riviera. Our Manzanillo Mexican Seasoning is ideal sprinkled on your tacos, enchiladas, tostados, scrambled eggs, omelets, chili, fajitas, hamburgers, soups and stew as well. For those that prefer their blends loaded with spicy flavor and aren’t afraid of a tiny bit of heat.
