Sodium = 19 1-2 chopped sweet onion 28 oz Great Northern White beans, drained and rinsed 1 teaspoon Traditional Chili Powder 14 oz canned low - sodium tomatoes 2 tablespoons maple syrup Sea Salt 1 Cassia Cinnamon Sticks 2-3/4" 1 tablespoon Ground Cumin 1 tablespoon Coriander Seed Powder 1 tablespoon Sweet Spanish Paprika Olive oil Directions: 1. Heat oil in a pan 2. Add onions and cook until soft 3. Add all other ingredients 4. Stir well, often, heating through 5. Serve Serves: 6 |
