Sodium = 205 3 1/2 cups lettuce, torn 2 1/2 cups fresh mushrooms, halved 1 cup cubed mozzarella cheese 2 (6 ounce) jars marinated artichoke hearts, reserve marinade 2 medium tomatoes cut into wedges 2 1/2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, freshly grated 1/4 teaspoon Cracked Black Pepper Directions: 1. In a large bowl stir in all ingredients 2. Toss with reserved artichoke marinade 3. Serve Serves: 6 |
