Low Sodium Pork Tenderloin with Maple Syrup Glaze
Sodium = 213 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/4 cup Garlic Flakes 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt 1/4 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper Medium Grind 1 pound pork tenderloin 1/2 cup Onion Flakes 3 cups quartered cooked red potatoes 1/4 cup sliced carrots 1/4 cup pure maple syrup 10 oz frozen green beans Directions: 1. Slice the tenderloin into slices about ¼ inch 2. In a large nonstick skillet add the oil and set the heat to medium 3. Add pork, garlic, onion, salt and pepper 4. Stirring often, cook for 6-7 minutes or until pork is browned and the vegetables are seared 5. Remove the pork and garlic and onions and set aside 6. Add potatoes and carrots to the skillet, cover and cook on medium for 7 minutes or until veggies are browned 7. Stir in the syrup 8. Return the pork and other veggies to the pan and add the green beans 9. Cover and cook until everything is heated to your liking Serves: 5 |
