Low Sodium Beef Burgundy

Sodium = 175 mg

1/4 cup olive oil
2 pounds boneless chuck steak cut into 2 inch cubes
1 cup dry red wine
3/4 teaspoon flour
1 teaspoon Domestic Paprika

1 teaspoon Mediterranean Oregano
crushed
1/4 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper Medium Grind

1 onion thinly sliced
2 coarsely chopped green bell peppers

Directions:
1.  Preheat oven to 250º F
2.  In large pan over medium-high heat, heat oil, then brown beef in hot oil
3.  Place beef into large baking dish with a cover
4.  In a blender, combine wine and flour and blend 15 seconds
5.  Pour over beef
6.  Add paprika, black pepper, onion, oregano and green peppers and stir until well combined
7.  Cover and bake for 4 1/2 to 5 hours
