Low Sodium Baked Salmon with Horseradish
1 Pound salmon fillet Cooking spray 1 tablespoon melted unsalted butter 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish 2 teaspoons lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic 1/8 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper Medium Grind Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 375º F 2. Coat an 11 x 7 x 2 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray 3. Place salmon skin side down in baking dish 4. In a small bowl mix together butter, horseradish, garlic, lemon juice and pepper and spread over the salmon like a rub 5. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork Serves: 4 |
