Low Sodium Stuffed Cheeseburgers

Sodium = 161 mg

1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup shredded gruyere cheese
1 pound lean ground beef
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons Domestic Paprika

1/4 teaspoon Cracked Black Pepper


Directions:
1.  Preheat grill to medium-high
2.  Combine cheddar and gruyere in a small bowl
3.  Using a large bowl, mix beef, Worcestershire, paprika and pepper
4.  Make 8 thin patties about 4 inches wide
5.  Place 2 tablespoons of the cheese mix into the middle of 4 of the thin patties leaving 1/2 border of meat edging
6.  Cover each of these patties with the 4 remaining bare patties crimping the edges so there will be no leaking cheese
7.  Grill the stuffed burgers 4-5 minutes on each side and do not press the burgers!
8.  Let burgers sit for a few minutes before serving
