Memphis Style Rib Basting Sauce
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar; broken up
1 1/2 tablespoon Memphis Style Dry Rib Rub
2 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
2 Cup Water
1/4 Cup Worcestershire
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
2 Neem leaves
1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Baste the ribs every half hour during the cooking process.
3. For best results store the left over baste in a glass bottle.
