Low Carb Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops
4 Lean boneless loin pork chops about 2 lbs total 1/4 cup Dijon mustard 2 tbsp olive oil 1/4 tsp Sweet Basil 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder 1/4 tsp Mediterranean Oregano 1/4 tsp Thyme Leaf Ground Black Pepper Medium Grind to taste 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 400° F. 2. In a small bowl combine together mustard, oil, basil, garlic, oregano and thyme. 3. Season the 4 pork chops with pepper, then brush both sides of the chops with the mustard mixture. 4. Press the grated Parmesan cheese into both sides of the chops. 5. Place the chops on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes. 6. The Parmesan should be browned and slightly. |
