Low Carb Blackened Chicken

4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Halves
1 Tablespoons Sea Salt

3/4 Tablespoons Garlic Powder

3/4 Tablespoons Ground Black Pepper Medium Grind

1/2 Tablespoon Ground White Pepper

1/2 Tablespoon Onion Powder

1/2 Tablespoon Ground Cumin

1/4 Tablespoon Cayenne Pepper Medium Heat

1/4 Tablespoon Domestic Paprika

4 Teaspoons Unsalted Butter

Directions:

1.  Pound chicken breasts to about 1/3" thick.

2.  Combine the Garlic Powder, Black Pepper, White Pepper, Onion Powder, Cumin, Cayenne and Paprika in a small bowl, mix well.

3.  Sprinkle each fillet evenly with the seasoning mix and patting it in with your hands.

4.  Put 1 teaspoon butter on the top of the.

5.  Cook uncovered over the same high heat until the underside forms a crust, about 2 minutes and flip the fillets over.

6.  Cook just until meat is cooked through, about 2 minutes more.

7.  Serve the chicken fillets crustier side up while piping hot.
