Low Carb Almond Chicken

6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup whipping cream
1 teaspoon Celery Salt

1 teaspoon Domestic Paprika

1 teaspoon Curry Powder Medium Heat

1/4 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper Medium Grind

1/4 teaspoon Organic Almond Extract

1/2 cup sliced or slivered toasted almonds

Directions:
1.  Spray 3 qt. baking dish with cooking spray.
2.  Place chicken in dish.
3.  Mix Celery Salt, Paprika, Curry Powder, Pepper and Almond Extract into cream.

4.  Pour the seasoned cream onto the chicken.

5.  Bake uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

6.  Top with almonds.

7.  Bake uncovered, for 5-8 minutes or until almonds are golden brown.
