Low Sodium Sesame Seed Chicken
4 small to medium skinless chicken breast halves 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper Medium Grind 1 cup Sesame Seed 2 teaspoon Yellow Mustard Seed Powder 2 teaspoon cold water 1/2 cup low-sodium honey mustard 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil Directions: 1 In a medium bowl, combine pepper, sesame seeds. 2. Mix mustard powder and water together until well combined stir together with honey mustard. 3. Pound chicken until thin. Coat chicken with mustard mix. 4. Press each breast evenly into seed mixture, coating both sides with seeds. 5. In a large skillet or on a nonstick griddle, over medium heat, heat oil and cook each breast on both sides until sesame seeds turn golden brown. 6. Turn each side gently only once to keep seed crust intact. Serves 4 |
