This curry is a bit sweet but not considered hot and is ideal for adding magnificent color and unmatched flavor to seafood and chicken curries.

Our premier Maharajah Style Curry Powder carries the fragrance of fresh ground cardamom that we grind from the inner seeds of our top quality green cardamom pod. The brilliant reddish hue is from the most exclusive of all spices – superior grade Spanish saffron.

Hand-mixed from coriander, cumin, cardamom, fenugreek, black pepper, fennel seed, cinnamon, turmeric, yellow mustard, cloves, ginger, cayenne pepper, nutmeg and Mancha Superior saffron.

The Maharajah Curry Powder is the BEST curry blend I've ever used in cooking, bar none! My husband loves it!
