Curry Rubbed Salmon
4 salmon fillets 6 onces each 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 teaspoons Curry Powder Medium Heat 1 teaspoon Garam Masala 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes Sea Salt Ground Black Pepper Medium Grind Directions: 1. Combine curry, garam masala, crushed red pepper in a small bowl. 2. Brush salmon with olive oil and rub spice mixture into meat. 3. Season with salt and pepper. 4. Set aside for 15 minutes. 5. Set broiler rack about 4 inches from heat. 6. Broil salmon until cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. 7. Serve with rice and a salad. Serves: 4 Prep Time: 30 minutes |
