Madras Curry Marinade

1 tablespoon Madras Curry
1/4 teaspoon Ginger Powder
1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
1 teaspoon Traditional Chili Powder
1 clove garlic, minced
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 tablespoons orange juice
1/2 cup green onion, minced
2 cups plain yogurt

Directions:
1.  Combine Madras Curry, Garlic, Ginger, Salt, Chili Powder, oil and orange juice in a food processor and blend until smooth.
2.  Stir in yogurt and green onions.
3.  Use to marinate chicken, pork or shrimp.

Yield: about 2 cups
