Low Carb Meat Loaf

6 oz unsalted tomato paste
1/2 cup dry red wine
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon
Granulated Garlic
1/2 teaspoon Sweet Basil
1/2 teaspoon Mediterranean Oregano
1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
12 oz extra lean ground beef (5% fat)
12 oz ground turkey
1 cup bread crumbs, white, very low sodium
1/2 medium zucchini, shredded
2 egg whites

Directions:
1.   Preheat oven to 350º F
2.   In a small saucepan, combine tomato paste, wine, water, garlic, basil, oregano and salt
3.   Bring mix to a boil and reduce heat to low
4.   Simmer for 15 minutes uncovered
5.   Set aside
6.   In a large bowl combine beef, turkey, bread crumbs, zucchini, egg whites and half of the tomato mix and mix well
7.   Shape into a loaf and place into an ungreased 9x5x3 pan
8.   Bake for 45-50 minutes and then pour the remaining tomato mix on top of the loaf
9.   Bake for another 15 minutes
10. Let meatloaf sit for 10-15 minutes before serving
